Detailed itinerary
Departure: HA NOI
The journey starts at 20 Pham Hung - My Đinh Bus Station.
For customers coming from other locations, To Ong will pick you up at Noi Bai Airport, Hanoi. Please book a flight that arrives at the airport before 10:00 PM.
To Ong will send the pickup details and specific timing via email three days before departure time (if there are any changes).
A shuttle bus will take you to the sleeper bus for the trip to Ta Leng, Lai Chau.
Day 1: TA LENG, LAI CHÂU
5:30 AM Arrive in Ta Leng. Personal hygiene, breakfast, and gear preparation.
7:30 AM Motorbike taxis will transport the group to the mountain base (a 10 km ride).
8:00 AM The group reaches the base and begins the trekking journey to conquer Ta Lien Son (also known as Co Trau Peak). The guide will explain safety rules and lead a warm-up before starting the trek to Ta Lien Son – the 6th highest mountain in Vietnam.
11:30 AM The group reaches the lunch spot along the way.
1:00 PM Continue trekking. The afternoon trail is mostly uphill, passing through ancient forests, maple groves, bamboo forests, and rhododendron-filled landscapes.
5:00 PM The group arrives at the campsite at an elevation of 2,500 meters. Upon arrival, members can freshen up and rest.
6:00 PM Dinner and cultural exchange with the local H’Mong and Dao people.
Day 2: TA LIEN SON SUMMIT - TA LENG VILLAGE - SAPA
5:30 AM The group wakes up, freshens up, enjoys the sunrise, and has breakfast.
6:30 AM Start the final ascent to the summit, enjoying the sea of clouds along the way.
10:00 AM Reach the summit. Capture the moment of successfully conquering the 6th highest mountain in Vietnam.
11:30 AM Begin the descent, returning to the campsite to pack up and head back to the base via the same route.
2:00 PM Arrive at the base, board motorbike taxis to the vehicle pick-up point, and transfer to Sapa by car.
6:00 PM Arrive in Sapa, where the group experiences the Hot bath in Sapa, a precious local remedy from the Northwest that helps relieve joint pain and improve health.
7:00 PM Head to a local restaurant to enjoy the regional specialty – Sturgeon hotpot. Sip on wine, savor fresh fish, and share stories of the journey.
8:30 PM Visit Sapa's night market to admire the unique products and purchase souvenirs.
10:30 PM Depart by bus back to Hanoi, bidding farewell to the "city in the mist" – Sapa. Expected arrival in Hanoi is 5:00 AM the next morning, concluding the adventure to conquer Ta Lien Son.
