Detailed itinerary
Departure: HA NOI - SAPA, LAO CAI
The journey starts at 20 Pham Hung - My Đinh Bus Station.
For customers coming from other locations, To Ong will pick you up at Noi Bai Airport, Hanoi. Please book a flight that arrives at the airport before 10:00 PM.
To Ong will send the pickup details and specific timing via email three days before departure time (if there are any changes).
DAY 1: SAPA – Y TY COMMUNE – THE CAMPSITE
5:00 AM The group will arrive in the center of Sapa. Prepare your belongings and then move to the breakfast location.
7:00 AM A shuttle picks up the group and heads to the mountain base at Phìn Hồ Kindergarten.
9:00 AM Arrive at Y Ty commune, where breathtaking terraced fields stretch out at the base of the hills. The tour guide will review safety guidelines, and you'll meet the friendly local team. Personal belongings can be sent to the porters and logistics team as the journey begins.
11:30 AM Enjoy lunch and take a break along the way.
1:00 PM Heading up to the campsite takes you through grasslands and low forest slopes, offering spectacular views of clouds, sun, and wind blending into the stunning scenery.
5:00 PM Arrive at the campsite, rest, and prepare for dinner.
Savor local dishes paired with Táo Mèo liqueur, and enjoy stories of the Northwest mountains and forests.
Day 2: THE CAMPSITE - LAO THAN PEAK - SAPA
5:00 AM Wake up and enjoy the sunrise with a cup of hot coffee or tea. Have breakfast and prepare your gear for conquering Lao Than Peak.
6:00 The guide briefs the itinerary and safety regulations. After a warm-up, the group begins the journey to conquer Lao Than Peak. The ascent starts with a steep mountain trail leading toward the summit.
7:00 AM Reach the summit of Lao Than at 2,860 meters, known as the "Roof of Y Ty." Celebrate your achievement with a memorable photo opportunity.
7:30 AM Descend the slopes to return to the lodge. Have breakfast, rest, and pack your belongings.
8:30 AM Leave the lodge and start the descent. The journey downhill is quicker, and by 12:00 PM, the group will reach the base of the mountain for lunch and a well-earned break.
12:00 PM Enjoy lunch at a local family's home.
1:15 PM Take a shuttle back to Sapa.
4:30 PM Arrival in Sapa. Enjoy a hot bath to improve blood circulation, speed up muscle recovery, and help the body relax.
6:30 PM Head to a local restaurant to savor a Northwest specialty, Sturgeon Hotpot. Raise a glass of wine and share stories of the journey.
8:30 PM Enjoy free time exploring the Sapa night market, where you can admire unique local products and pick up souvenirs.
10:30 PM Board the bus back to Hanoi, bidding farewell to the "City in the Clouds" – Sapa. Arrival in Hanoi is expected at 5:00 AM the next morning, marking the end of your journey conquering Lao Than Peak.

- 1. From April 2024, all participants will receive a CONQUEROR CARD upon completing the trek. Customers registering after Wednesday will not receive the Conqueror Card.
