Detailed itinerary
Departure: HA NOI - BAC YEN, SON LA
6:30 PM Begin the journey at To Ong Adventure Office in Hanoi: No. 9, Lane 53, Tran Quoc Hoan, Cau Giay, Hanoi.
Pick-up details and schedule updates will be sent via email three days before departure (subject to changes).
00:00 The group arrives in Bắc Yên, Sơn La. Check in at the homestay to rest and stay overnight.
For guests departing from other locations, please arrange to arrive at the Tổ Ong Adventure Office or contact us for further instructions.
Day 1: BAC YEN - SAMU U PEAK
6:00 AM The group wakes up, has breakfast, and prepares their belongings.
7:45 AM The group takes motorbikes to the mountain base. The guide will provide safety guidelines and lead warm-ups before starting the journey to conquer Samu U Bo.
11:30 AM Stop for lunch and relax while soaking in the serene mountain views.
1:00 PM Continue trekking to the lodge, passing grasslands and barren hills with breathtaking views along the way.
5:00 PM Reach the lodge, collect your belongings, and rest. Enjoy the sight of distant hills while preparing for dinner.
7:00 PM Have dinner together at the lodge. Spend the evening relaxing and unwinding before resting for the night.
Day 2: SAMU U BO PEAK - BAC YEN
4:30 AM The group wakes up early for breakfast and prepares for the journey to conquer the peak.
5:30 AM The group sets off before dawn, equipped with flashlights and light snacks to assist with the ascent. Personal belongings will be carried as the descent follows a different route. On the way, enjoy stunning sunrise views.
6:30 AM The group reaches the peak. Celebrate your achievement with a group photo and receive commemorative medals for conquering the Samu U Bo route.
7:30 AM Begin the descent along a different route toward the mountain base.
11:30 AM Pause for lunch in the forest and rest.
4:30 PM A shuttle picks up the group at the foot of the mountain and returns to Ta Xua, Bac Yen. The group showers and relaxes.
6:00 PM The group travels to a local restaurant to enjoy specialty dishes and share stories about the journey they have completed.
7:30 PM The bus departs for Hanoi. The expected arrival time is around 11:00 PM – 11:30 PM.

Notes:
- From April 2024, all participants will receive a CONQUEROR CARD upon completing the trek. Customers registering after Wednesday will not receive the Conqueror Card.
- Rates are based on weekly scheduled group tours. For private tour inquiries, please feel free to contact us.
- The package tour price will not be reduced if you do not use transportation, meals, or camping services. Extra charges may apply during holidays.
