To Ong Adventure trekking levels
TOA’s expert team has built a scientific route classification system with three levels: Nature Walking, Mountain Hiking, and Trekking. The system is based on five criteria: time to medical access, route length, daily physical activity time, cumulative elevation gain, and peak altitude.
This classification helps travelers choose the journey that best matches their ability, while supporting safety and overall experience quality.
